Roxanne Fike was born and grew up in Sichuan, China. Her parents named her Fan Xiaotian范晓天, which means “morning sky”. She is very inquisitive and hasn’t stopped studying since she learned how to read. She first obtained a bachelor degree in Engineering and then another in International Sales and Marketing. Before Roxanne became a real estate consultant, she worked as a designer, engineer, in China; a teacher, in Japan and an interpreter as well as an international sales manager, in the USA. Roxanne was successful in all of these endeavors, however, it was after buying and selling a few homes of her own both in America and China, and looking for investment properties, that Roxanne discovered her love for Real Estate.
Roxanne Fike has always been a “people person” because of her friendly, outgoing and energetic disposition. She is honest and fair in all her dealings with people. She is also very good with math, loves to decorate, crazy about landscaping, a dogged financier, and near-professional photographer; all of which makes her a successful and effective Professional Real Estate Consultant since the year of 2004.

我生长于中国四川，高中毕业就去了广东攻读大学工程学位，之后在北师大进修过英文，在香港取得了国际贸易营销学位。曾在珠海，南宁，湛江，深圳等地的设计院搞过设计，做过工程师。1992年移民美国加州时不巧正遇经济萧条，我先后在意大利薄饼店打过工，汽车出租公司洗过车，工程公司画过图，然后北上华盛顿州的西雅图，为多个医院里的医生和病人做翻译，同时还在一家日本料理店做服务员，那样折腾了一年，就去了日本。在东京，川崎教过中英文对话，同时攻读日语，并在川崎市国际交流中心做义工，一晃就四年。从日本到欧洲，去十几个国家转了一圈后又再次回到美国。那时美国的经济情况已有好转，我很快就被洛杉矶的一家日本航空贸易公司聘用，一年后便转到了一个美国航空部件公司做国际营销，并负责经理亚洲部，一做就是七年。当我自己经历了在美国两次买卖房子后，我发现自己对房地产有着极大的兴趣和特别的爱好，于是就在洛杉矶的一所大学里学了八门有关房地产的课程，并考到了房地产经纪执照，于2004年成为一名美国房地产协会会员，并先后在洛杉矶和新港海滩的Keller Williams Realty公司独立经营房地产的买卖，积累了丰富的实践经验和大量的房地产和相关知识，成绩显著。直到2018年8月，当我了解到 eXp Realty (eXp经纪公司) 的运作方式和发展前途以后就毫不犹豫地放弃了我14年的Keller Williams之家，加入了eXp Realty这个国际大家庭，这是一个建立在新欣的高科技基础上的云端国际经纪公司，近几年正在以惊人的速度发展壮大起来。
